I’m watching Shark the other day (ya, I watch it.. so what?) and notice that some old bat has a stack of mail in her hands. I noticed the Architectural Digest magazine and in the next cut/action where they moved camera focus to Shark and then back to old-bat, her mail changed position. I hate seeing this stuff.. it’s a sign of laziness or stupidity by someone in the recording crew for the show. In movies there are people dedicated to this job, I’m not sure about TV shows.
Really, it doesn’t take that much effort to keep track of these details. It’s just making sure things change that are suppose to. This is annoying to me. I see it in movies and TV shows with clocks and knick knacks. There are few movies where these gigantic annoyances aren’t noticed by me. Maybe I should be in charge of making sure shit doesn’t get moved or changed unless it’s suppose to.
